We hope you love all of your new Ala Melts products, however if you are unhappy with any of your items you have 30 days from the date you receive your items to return them. If your items have not been returned within 30 days of your order arriving we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

We cannot accept returns on any items that have been opened or used, unless faulty and an exchange will be provided. You have 14 days to request a refund or exchange from the date of receiving your items. All items returned must be in their original packaging and are the responsibility of the customer until received back to our warehouse. All returned items will be inspected upon return.
We do not offer refunds on postage and it is the responsibility of the customer to cover the costs of return postage, unless the item is faulty.
We do not accept refunds or exchanges on sale items or discounted items. Only full priced items may be refunded.
All returns will be credited via the original payment method used when placing your order. Please allow up to 14 working days to receive your refund.
Exchanges (if applicable)
